Well the time frame for entering Joes for Tots is now over, but that doesn’t mean that we’re all done with checking out what the sponsors are up to. Yeah, I know Christmas is over. There are still awesomeness to be had with our sponsors though and believe it or not, Toys For Tots still needs help. Today’s Sponsorship Spotlight is a bit different considering our sponsor today is not a store, rather its a super awesome blog. Maybe not *as* super awesome as PoeGhostal.com, but pretty super awesome in it’s own right.
I started reading Articulated Discussion since almost its inception and I’ve been hooked ever since. While many places are closed for actual toy donations, you can still donate even a small amount online. Some of you have been derelict of your duty–your duty as a toy collector, as someone who wishes to pass on a love of toys to another generation, as someone who stands a chance to win a lot of awesome prizes, and last but not least as a human being.
The good news is, it’s very easy to rectify the situation–just make a donation to Toys for Tots today. The deadline for actual toy donations has passed in most places, but you can still make a cash donation via the Toys for Tots website. Don’t worry about how big or little your donation is–every bit helps.

I’m sure you’re getting tired of my pleas for you to give to Toys For Tots. Well tough, because today I have a super awesome announcement that will have you pooping your pants with excitement if you live in Southern California (and even if you don’t, it’s still pretty neat). Loyal Poe Ghostal reader AmericanHyena is a magician who has offered up free tickets to the Magic Castle to anyone who enters Joes for Tots who live in the Southern California area. What is the Magic Castle? Why, it’s a super cool restaurant/bar in Hollywood, California that just happens to be the private clubhouse for the International Academy of Magical Arts. The only way to get in is to be invited by a member! I wish I lived in California still, I’d be all over this.
